[ Between Geralt's long absence from the city and all that's happened with the dreams, it's some time before Wanda receives a reply. But one does come in the form of a white wolf carrying a neatly folded piece of parchment. If she isn't there, the note will be placed on her porch.

It's unsigned, but it probably isn't hard to identify the sender. That he's taken the time to handwrite and deliver the note through the Horizon instead of contacting Wanda via the scrawled mind messages says something. There is also no overt mention of their recent encounter. ]

She sends her thanks.

[wanda senses the white wolf's arrival before she sees it, trotting into her horizon with the ease of a creature that is used to traveling. it is a smart creature, she can tell, though she's never been in the presence of a wolf; it's bigger than a dog, but she isn't afraid of it. she can sense its intentions.

and as the wolf stops before her, wanda already knows who is the sender of this note. a hand gently pats the top of the wolf's head—she can't resist—and as soon as it considers the message delivered, it sniffs at her hand for a moment before heading back the way it came.
