Geralt has an enchanted tattoo of a swallow on his right shoulderblade.



When activated, it functions as a magical shield bubble similar to his Sign Heliotrop and will last about 5 seconds or if a single blow is powerful enough to dispel it entirely. It's capable of protecting him against: impact, physical attacks, and combat magic. The bubble can shield another person with him but they must be in close proximity (aka practically giving him a hug). It can be used a couple times before it requires an hour or so to draw its charge again.

To recharge the tattoo, Geralt wears an obsidian wolf's tooth pendant, on the same chain as his medallion.

GERALT'S ROOM


One can tell that Geralt's room hasn't been entirely, or even mostly, decorated by him, but it is decorated for him with simple dark colors and plain furnishings. The large windows give him easy access to the outside when he's in his wolf form. You'll find his swords and gear stored in a single wooden trunk, while the wardrobe contains a few items of clothing, some of which were procured for him by either Jaskier or Yennefer.

The room doesn't look especially lived in, considering more often than not, Geralt's wound up in the bed of another occupant in the house or he's fallen asleep in the woods somewhere. Don't judge him. That said, if he's been working on a contract, there might be notes and research spread out on the nearby desk.
